The C5 Declaration is mandatory for everyone traveling to Jamaica by air. Each passenger is required to submit the online form with accurate information to be presented before the Immigration Department and the Customs Authority.

The C5 Declaration is not a visa. This is an online travel document containing travelers’ personal details as well as information on the flight to Jamaica and the accommodation details.

The information from the CD Declaration is monitored and kept with the Jamaican PICA – the Passport Immigration and Citizenship Agency and JCA – the Jamaica Customs Agency.
